Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Texas. Employees of Flores Ranch Rentals, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The giveaway will begin on March 17 and end on April 29. Entries submitted after April 29 will not be considered
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must
- Like Our Post: Visit the Flores Ranch Rentals Facebook page and like the giveaway post related to the Ryder's Treehouse giveaway.
- Share the Post: Share the giveaway post on your Facebook timeline or in a Facebook group to spread the word about the giveaway.
- Tag a Friend: Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post who you think would love to experience the Ryder's Treehouse getaway.

Prize Details: The prize includes a two-night stay at the Ryder's Treehouse Airbnb rental in Baird, TX, as well as dinner at a local steak house. The prize does not include transportation fees or any other expenses. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via direct message on social media & Email within 3 days after the end of the entry period. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Booking and Redemption: The winner must book their stay at the Ryder's Treehouse Airbnb rental within 14 days of being notified of their win, subject to availability. The winner is responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from Ryder's Treehouse, as well as any additional expenses incurred during their stay.
Publicity Release: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Flores Ranch Rentals to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, without further compensation or permission.
Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants release Flores Ranch Rentals from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
Governing Law: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
